Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if your personal data has been processed, learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of such correction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law (except within legal limits), object to the occurrence of any result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

How Can You Exercise Your Rights?

You can exercise your rights stated above by applying through one of the following methods to Esentepe Mahallesi Haberler Sokak No: 12-14/1, 34394 Şişli, Istanbul:

• Via notary,
• By signing with a “secure electronic signature” defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sending it to the Company’s registered electronic mail address,
• By registered mail (with a photocopy of only the front side of your ID card).

If fulfilling such requests incurs an additional cost, a fee will be charged from the applicant in accordance with the tariff determined by the Board. Our Company may request additional information from the applicant to verify whether the applicant is the personal data owner and may ask questions to clarify the issues stated in the application. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days at the latest.
